Empire Electric provides a public meeting space for active members for non-profit organizations, youth activities, civic and public service organizations free-of-charge. You must sign a contract to reserve the Calvin Denton Community Room for your non-profit organization or event. An applicant must be an active member of EEA and be willing to sign a contract for the scheduled event. The signer agrees to be present at all times during the scheduled event and takes full responsibility for the use of the room including clean-up and supervision of all attendees. Empire Electric may cancel a reservation contract or deny future use of the community room if an applicant fails to comply with established contract guidelines.

Room size is 36' x 36' not including the kitchen.

• Microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, utensils, dishes, dish towels, cups, pot and pans, cleaning supplies
• TV/VCR/DVD remotes are available upon request
• Public restrooms
• 10 round 6' tables and 20 8' rectangular tables
• 85 folding chairs

• Reservations are on a first come-first served basis
• Maximum of 12 bookings per calendar year
• No alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs and/or illegal substances
• No candles or open fires
• No pets are allowed with the exception of guide and/or service and hearing dogs
• Decorations are not allowed to be affixed to the walls beyond the designated tack strips provided for that purpose
• Vandalism to the facility is the responsibility of the applicant. Security cameras are in place.
