    Empire Electric Association, Inc. is a non-profit, member owned rural electric Cooperative. We provide electric power to residential, commercial and industrial customers in southwest Colorado and southeast Utah. We are currently serving more than 15,000 customers over 1,869 miles of energized line in a 3,500 square mile service territory.

    As a TOUCHSTONE ENERGY® COOPERATIVE, Empire Electric Association, Inc. is part of a nationwide alliance which allows us to provide every customer with state-of-the-art technology and excellent value.
